Shipping policy

Shipping
(i) All products shipped out by StreetPaw will be done within 3 working days from your order unless notified. All shipments will be sent out via tracked postage.

(ii) To return your product, you should send your product to: 1228, Lobby 6, Block A, Damansara Intan Business Park, 1 Jalan SS 20/27, 47400 Petaling Jaya.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service in order for us to track your returned item.
