(i) All products shipped out by StreetPaw will be done within 3 working days from your order unless notified. All shipments will be sent out via tracked postage.
(ii) To return your product, simply message us on Instagram at@streetpawclub with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Some returns may not be eligible, but our team will guide you through what can and can’t be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service in order for us to track your returned item.
